Art. 139. Przepis przejściowy
- Przepisy wykonawcze wydane na podstawie art. 0_10, art. 0_12 ust. 7 i 12, art. 0_14 ust. 8, art. 0_22 ust. 3, art. 0_36 ust. 2, art. 0_37 ust. 12, art. 0_40 ust. 7, art. 0_45b ust. 1, art. 0_45c, art. 0_46 ust. 4, art. 0_47 ust. 10, art. 0_47a ust. 2 i 3, art. 0_47b ust. 2, art. 0_48 ust. 8, art. 0_49 ust. 6, art. 0_52 ust. 7, art. 0_53, art. 0_55 ust. 3, art. 0_55a ust. 2, art. 0_59 ust. 12, art. 0_60 i art. 0_63 ustawy, o której mowa w art. 140, zachowują moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych na podstawie art. 11, art. 24 ust. 6, art. 40, art. 51, art. 56, art. 57 ust. 11, art. 72, art. 73 ust. 8, art. 83 ust. 1, art. 92 ust. 5, art. 93 ust. 2, art. 94 ust. 4, art. 101, art. 103 ust. 9, art. 109 ust. 9 i art. 118 niniejszej ustawy, jednak nie dłużej niż do dnia 31 stycznia 2017 r.
